Support
Talk to a person. Email support@truckerprofit.com. We answer within one business day, in English or Spanish. Include the phone model and what you were doing when it happened — a screenshot helps.
Getting started
Do I need an account?
No. Navigation, low-bridge warnings, weigh stations, government layers and the truck profile work without one. Tap Continue without an account on the sign-in screen. An account is only needed for the Premium side: broker loads, live tracking for your customers, and the fleet board.
How do I sign in?
Open the menu and tap Account. You can continue with Apple (iPhone), with Google, or type your email and we send you a 6-digit code — no password to remember. The code expires in 15 minutes; tap Send another if it did.
Set your truck first
Tap the truck bar at the bottom of the map and enter height, weight, length and axles. The route, the bridge colors and the toll estimate all depend on those numbers, not on the vehicle category. If you are not sure, the app assumes the worst case (13′6″, 80,000 lb, 5 axles).
Location
Why does the app ask for my location?
To navigate. "While using the app" is enough for turn-by-turn directions. "Always" is asked only when you turn on live tracking for a load, so the position keeps going out with the screen off. It stops by itself when you complete the load, and you can switch it off any time from My status.
The blue dot is not moving / "No signal"
The status chip tells the truth: Live, Recent, No signal or Off. "No signal" means the phone has had no GPS fix or no data for a while — usually a tunnel, a warehouse, or Wyoming. Positions are kept on the phone and sent when coverage returns. Nothing is lost for up to a day.
Battery
Navigation uses the screen and the GPS, like any GPS app. Live tracking on its own sends a position every 15 seconds while driving and every few minutes while waiting; on a full day that is a few percent of battery. Keep the phone on the truck charger.
Account and data
Delete my account
Menu → Account → Delete my account → confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent on our servers; the app keeps working without an account. If you cannot reach that screen, email privacy@truckerprofit.com from the address on the account with the subject DELETE MY ACCOUNT and we complete it within 30 days. Details in the Privacy Policy.
Sign out
Menu → Account → Sign out. Your truck profile and settings stay on the phone.
What do you do with my data?
Route you, and share your position with the customers you choose while a load is active. We do not sell data and do not show ads. The whole story is in the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions
Iron Route Pro is billed through the App Store or Google Play: $9.99 per month or $69.99 per year, with a 2-week free trial for first-time subscribers. Navigation, bridge heights and map layers stay free. To cancel, use your store subscription settings (iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions). Deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription. If a purchase does not activate, open the app with network coverage: it retries on launch, and “Restore purchases” (Menu → Iron Route Pro) brings it back on a new phone.
Something is wrong on the map
A bridge height, a closed road, a weigh station that moved: tap the pin and use Report. Reports from drivers are reviewed before they change what other drivers see. Bridge heights come from state DOT data and are shown in feet and inches against your truck height — always confirm with the sign on the bridge.
